Before you join this group, you need to know the rules. This will help you and us keep the group running well. The rules are as follows:

1. 1: After joining the group, you must introduce yourself via voice message, including your name, where you are from, and what device you are currently using. This is mandatory. Additionally, only questions or answers related to technology will be discussed in the group, only in Hindi or English.
2. 2: When sending your question in the group, be sure to mention the device and its specifications that your question is about. You can ask only one question at a time in the group. After asking a question, you must wait 24 hours for a response. If you do not receive any answer within 24 hours, you may repeat your question. Once your question is answered, you can immediately ask another question. Ensure that your voice message is clear and free from background noise. If your question is in text form, ensure it is well-written. It is not mandatory to mention the group's name in your message, but if you do, ensure you use the correct group name. Also, don't forward your question from any another chat in the group, you have to use the voice message button of WhatsApp instead of sharing audios.
3. 3: You must not contact anyone in the group via their personal chat without their permission. If you contact someone and they inform the admin about you, it may result in your removal from the group. Additionally, respect every member in the group. Failure to do so may result in a warning and removal from the group.
4. 4: Any form of promotion is strictly prohibited in the group. If you wish to share any promotional message, share it with the admin personally before sending it to the group. If the admin approves, the message will be shared in the group. If you are a YouTuber and wish to share your new video in the group, there is a separate group for YouTubers where you can share your video with a description. Based on your activity, the admin may share your video in the main group.
5. 5: If any member violates the group rules, do not react; let the group management handle it. Avoid any disputes with the admin in the group. Any member found in conflict with the admin may be removed from the group. Final decisions on any disagreements within the group will be made by the group admin. Additionally, the group admin reserves the right to introduce new rules as per the group's requirements.

टेक असिस्टेंट फॉर ब्लाइंड में आपका स्वागत है। इससे पहले कि आप इस समूह में अपनी गतिविधियों की शुरुआत करें आपके लिए इस समूह की नियमावली जान लेना अत्यंत आवश्यक है. ताकि आप इस समूह को सुचारू ढंग से चलाने में अपनी और हमारी सहायता कर पाए. इस समूह की नियमावली इस प्रकार है.

1. 1: समूह से जुड़ने के पश्चात आपको आपका परिचय एक वॉइस मैसेज के माध्यम से देना है, जिसमें की आपकोअपना नाम, आप कहां से हैं, और वर्तमान में आप कौन सा डिवाइस उपयोग कर रहे हैं? यह बताना अनिवार्य है। तथा समूह में केवल और केवल हिंदी या अंग्रेजी भाषा मेंटेक्नोलॉजी से संबंधित प्रश्न या उत्तर हीं किए जाएंगे।
2. 2: अपना सवाल समूह में रखते समय, आप उस डिवाइस व उसके सॉफ्टवेयर वर्जन के बारे में जरूर बताएं, जिसके लिए आपका सवाल है। आप समूह में आप एक बार में एक ही सवाल रख सकते हैं, सवाल रखने के पश्चात आपको 24 घंटे का इंतजार करना होगा, अगर आपको 24 घंटे में आपके प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं दिया जाता है, तो आप उस प्रश्न को दोबारा दोहरा सकते हैं। और अगर आपके प्रश्न का उत्तर मिल जाता है, तो आप अपना दूसरा प्रश्न उस उत्तर के तुरंत बाद भी रख सकते हैं। ध्यान रहे! आप जो भी वॉइस मैसेज करें, यह सुनिश्चित करें कि आपके मैसेज में बैकग्राउंड से ज्यादा शोर ना आ रहा हो। तथा अगर आप टेक्स्ट मैसेज में अपना प्रश्न रख रहे हैं, तो यह जरूर सुनिश्चित करें कि वह अच्छे से लिखा हो। इसके अतिरित, आपको आपके मैसेज में ग्रुप का नाम लेना अनिवार्य नहीं है, परंतु अगर आप ग्रुप का नाम ले रहे हैं, तो यह जरूर ध्यान रखें कि आप समूह का नाम सही लें। साथ ही, आप किसी दूसरे चैट से किसी प्रश्न को समूह में फॉरवर्ड ना करें, समूह में प्रश्न पूछने के लिए ऑडियो का उपयोग ना करके व्हाट्सएप द्वारा दिए गए वॉइस मैसेज बटन का ही उपयोग करें।
3. 3: आपको समूह में किसी भी व्यक्ति को उसके पर्सनल चैट पर बिना उस व्यक्ति के परमिशन के संपर्क नहीं करना है, अगर आप किसी व्यक्ति से संपर्क करते हैं, और वह व्यक्ति आपके बारे में एडमिन को बताता है, तो ऐसे में यह साबित होने पर आपको समूह से निष्कासित भी किया जा सकता है। इसके अतिरिक्त, आपको समूह में प्रत्येक सदस्य का सम्मान करना है। ऐसा न करने पर एक वार्निंग के पशात् आपको समूह से निष्कासित किया जा सकता है।
4. 4: समूह में किसी भी प्रकार का प्रमोशन मान्य नहीं होगा। अगर आपको किसी भी प्रकार का प्रमोशनल मैसेज समूह में शेयर करना है, तो इस समूह में भेजने से पूर्व आप उस मैसेज को एडमिन के पर्सनल चैट पर शेयर करेंगे।, अगर समूह प्रबंधन को वह मैसेज सही लगता है, तो वह ग्रुप में शेयर कर दिया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त, अगर आप एक यूट्यूबर हैं, और आपको अगर आपकी कोई नई वीडियो ग्रुप में शेयर करनी है, तो इसके लिए हमारे पास यूट्यूबर्स के लिए एक अलग ग्रुप है, जहां आप अपने वीडियो को डिस्क्रिप्शन समेत भेजेंगे, और आपकी एक्टिविटी के अनुसार आपका वीडियो समूह में प्रबंधन द्वारा शेयर कर दिया जाएगा।
5. 5: यदि इस समूह में कोई ग्रुप के नियमों को तोड़ता है तो बाकी मेंबर कोई प्रतिक्रिया ना दें यह काम समूह प्रबंधन का है आप यह काम उन्हें ही करने दें साथ ही साथ ग्रुप में किसी भी प्रकार से एडमिन के साथ विवाद से बचे। यदि किसी भी ग्रुप मेंबर को एडमिन के साथ विवाद करते हुए पाया जाता है तो ऐसी स्थिति में उस ग्रुप मेंबर को ही ग्रुप से रिमूव किया जाएगा। समूह में किसी भी प्रकार के मतभेद होने पर अंतिम निर्णय समूह एडमिन का होगा। साथ ही, समूह एडमिन को यह अधिकार होगा कि वह समूह की आवश्यकता के अनुसार कोई नया नियम भी लागू कर सकते हैं।
